Liberty Medical Surgical Clinic is a federally certified rural health clinic located near downtown Liberty at the corner of Travis and Grand. The practice has operated for over forty years and is committed to keeping the residents of Liberty and surrounding communities healthy.

We have two board-certified physicians on staff, a nurse practitioner, a radiology department, and a laboratory department. Our physicians care for all ages, from infants to geriatrics, and treat acute problems. This includes chronic illnesses such as hypertension and diabetes. We also emphasize preventive care by providing immunizations and well-person care. Minor surgeries and injury care are performed. We provide drug screening, breath alcohol testing, and physicals for local companies.
